Portable Wine Cup

• You are able to return most products in new, unused condition within 15 days of purchase for a refund of the product price for domestic orders.  We do not, however, refund for any shipping charges.  There are no exceptions to this policy. All products are subject to a restocking fee. Product must be returned within the 15 days of the purchase date.  Product must be not be used and in it's original packaging.  Used items are not refundable.  

  Rack Monsters reserves the right to verify returned product before issuing a refund.

  Original shipping charges are not refundable, they remain the customer’s responsibility.

  If you are returning an item because it arrived damaged or because you received an incorrect item, you will not be charged a return shipping fee.  All other returns are charged a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from you refund total.

• Custom made items, Clearance and Factory 2nds items are final sale.  No refunds.  No exceptions. 
• Cosmetic cases are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or has defective parts.  Notification must be received within 7 days of receiving the item. 
  

All brands of Dance bags are subject to a $12.00 cancellation fee if processed before shipping has occurred. 

• A 10% restocking fee will be charged for returns for non-warranty items.  
  
• All other products are subject to a $5.00 cancellation fee.
• Returns must be received within 15 days of purchase

By purchasing any of our products, user assumes any and all responsibility for any injuries associated with product.
